1. Return & Exchange Policy
Return Period: Disappointing, wasn’t it? Within 30 days of receiving your order, you have the option to return or exchange it.
Condition for Return: Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. To make sure your return goes smoothly, please note that items not meeting these requirements may be declined.
Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale, clearance, or “Final Sale” items.
Defective or Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 7 days after delivery if the item you received is broken, incorrect, or otherwise flawed. Images for confirmation purposes may be asked for. If it’s approved, we’ll pay for the return shipping and give you your choice of a new one, a store credit, or your money back.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If not, the buyer would have to pay for the shipping costs to send the thing back.
